Website content is general information, not legal or tax advice. Reading this site or submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship. Specific advice depends on your facts, applicable law, and an agreed engagement.

Scope and fees

The taxability check is $50 for one product or service in all selected states. Nexus studies are $500 per state. Registrations and deregistrations are $150 per state or local account. Government permit fees are separate. We confirm scope and any other requirements before work begins.

Client information

Accurate and complete information is important to our analysis. Laws and state requirements may change. Our work does not guarantee a particular tax or audit outcome.

Engagement and payment

A consultation request is not a confirmed booking or paid engagement. The written engagement agreement will specify deliverables, payment arrangements, cancellation provisions, and any refund terms.

Professional services

Wiley Rose Tax provides the sales tax advisory services described on the site. Reagan holds a master’s in taxation.
